Cookie policy
The short version: this site sets no cookies. That is why you will not see a banner asking for permission. We do measure which pages get read, but in a way that neither identifies you nor leaves anything on your device. The long version is below.

What cookies are
They are small files a website stores on your device to recognise you, remember preferences or track your behaviour. Their use is regulated in Spain by Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, which requires informing you and, save for certain exceptions, obtaining your consent.

This site sets no cookies
We use no first-party or third-party cookies, no local storage and no persistent identifiers of any kind.
Typefaces are served from our own domain rather than from an external service, precisely so that your IP address does not reach third parties without your say. The only resource we load from outside is the measurement script explained just below.
And we use no advertising pixels, we do not profile you, and we share nothing with ad networks. We do not know who you are, and that is fine by us.
We sell regulatory compliance. Starting at home seemed like the least we could do.

What we measure, and how
To know which pages get read and where people arrive from, we use Plausible Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and generates no identifier that follows you between visits or across websites.
What it collects is aggregate: the page visited, the address you arrived from, the country, the browser and the type of device. It builds no profile of you. We cannot even tell whether you had been here before: that is precisely the information we are giving up.
The data is processed and stored on servers in the European Union. Since nothing is stored on your device and nothing is read from it, this measurement falls outside Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 and needs no prior consent. Hence no banner.

What does get logged
Like any web server, ours records the requests it receives: date and time, page requested, IP address and browser. This is used solely to keep the service running and protect it from abuse, never to profile visitors.
So that nobody can flood the contact form, the server also keeps a count of how many messages have been sent in the past hour. That count does not store your IP address in the clear, but a value derived from it, and it deletes itself after a couple of hours.

If this were to change
If we later add a tool that requires cookies, we will update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before setting them. Not the other way round.
