What data we process
Only what you give us voluntarily when you write to us: full name, email address and, optionally, your organisation and role. Plus the content of the message you send.
The address you arrived at the form from, where there is one, travels with your message, so that we know which channels bring us enquiries. It is read from that same request: nothing is stored on your device and you are not followed around the site.
We measure use of the site in aggregate and without cookies, as set out in the cookie policy. We run no advertising and build no profiles. Our server also logs incoming requests, including IP address, solely to keep the service running and secure.
We do not ask for any data we do not need in order to reply. If a field is not essential, it is marked optional.

Legal basis: your consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
Keeping the site secure
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting our systems against abuse.
Knowing which pages matter and which channels bring enquiries
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how our own website performs, through aggregate measurement that neither identifies you nor installs anything on your device.
We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes, and do not use it to train any artificial intelligence system.

How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and thereafter for the period during which legal liability may arise. If you join the early access list, we keep your data while that interest remains or until you ask us to delete it.
The forms on this site do not store information in any database: they are sent directly by email.

Who else may see your data
Our hosting and email provider, acting as a processor under a contract requiring it to process data only on our instructions.
Our audience measurement provider, Plausible Analytics, which processes aggregate browsing data on servers in the European Union, also as a processor.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where a legal obligation exists.

International transfers
Data is processed on infrastructure located in the European Union. We make no international data transfers. Should that change, we would state it here together with the safeguards applied.

Your rights
You can exercise them by writing to contacto@visionaircognos.com, stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within the legally prescribed period.
